Common Issues & Fixes

Quick answers for join problems, projector sync, and account issues.

Joining & Tablets
Confirm the Quiz ID and participant number are correct. Both devices must be on the same network as the server for local testing.
Check Wi‑Fi stability, refresh the page, and use the connection test on the join screen. Ensure Pusher/broadcasting credentials are configured for production.
Wait in the lobby until the quiz master starts the session from admin Live Control.
Projector & Live Quiz
Refresh the projector page and verify the quiz status is active. Check that WebSocket/Echo is connected (LIVE badge on projector).
Each category numbers questions from 1 upward. Participants should announce the number within their current category.
Start the timer from Live Control after selecting a question. Reset the timer if it has already expired.
Account & Billing
Allow a few minutes for Remita callback processing. Contact support with your payment reference if status stays pending.
Verify your subscription is active and your user role has permission for that section.
