Prepare participants, questions, and session settings before going live.

Prepare Participants
Import or add participants before creating a quiz session.
- Download the participant Excel template from the admin dashboard
- Fill in names, participant numbers, conference, and module
- Upload the file or add participants one by one

Build Your Question Bank
Organize questions by category, module, and difficulty.
- Create categories for each quiz round or Bible topic
- Add questions individually or bulk-upload via Excel
- Tag difficulty levels and mark inactive questions you do not want to use

Create the Quiz
Configure session settings and attach participants and questions.
- Set quiz title, time per question, and number of rounds
- Select participants who will compete in this session
- Choose questions from your bank or let the system randomize by category

Run Live Session
Use the live control panel, projector, and tablet join flow.
- Open the projector lobby so participants can join with Quiz ID
- Start the quiz from Live Control when everyone is ready
- Advance turns, select questions, and monitor answers in real time
